it was very good. The recipe is from Six Sisters' Stuff and I decided to give it a try.
You can find the recipe here. I did make a couple of changes but they were minor ones. I used the low sodium stuffing mix and I steamed the fresh broccoli for about two minutes before adding it to the recipe. I was already planning on grilling some chicken breasts so I just used them in this instead of boiling the chicken. We really liked how all the flavors blended together and the stuffing on the top was wonderful, crispy and moist.
So easy! Chop the meats and the broccoli, add the soup and Dijon, mix well.
Top with the cheese and cooked stuffing - bake.
